Just moved to the area with my 2 yo malinois who is shedding a storm right now. Found this place to give him a self-serve bath and it was incredible! They have an assortment of shampoos, multiple brushes, towels, blow dryers, and the employee was so friendly. I was in and out within 30 minutes. This place is honestly a god-send. We have one happy dog and owner here. Will definitely bring him back.

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH CLEANLINESS TO BACK IT UP! I was debating between this location and a nearby competitor last Sunday evening. I had not been to any of these type of self serve dog washes since I was a kid. As I walked into an empty store I was greeted by Rachel, who ended up making my experience there better than I could have asked for. Alot of businesses can make you feel unwanted if you arrive close to closing, and/or if you are the only one there. She did not. She was welcoming, informative about how everything worked, able to answer all my questions I had about my dog, extremely helpful as she assisted me in cleaning my dog once I noticed fleas were present, never short with me even as closing time approached, and not to mention, entertaining, and flat out hillarious. The facility was very clean. They provided everything I needed from an apron, towel, combs of all types, soaps, ear cleaner, and even a blow dry room. The water was nice and warm, and there was a nice selection of shampoos and conditioners that left my pup smelling sweet and silky soft. Even tear free shampoo for her cute face. There were a lot of tubs and I was even able to purchase flea medication from them. Before I walked in I was unsure if I had made the right decision with where to go, and as I walked out I knew I had made the right one and that I would be returning. This location is clean, has plenty of tubs, and all the equipment to provide a great service for their customers. The employees make it an exceptional experience.

We have been a couple of times now for nail trims. Tonight was the first time going for another service and Rachel was very knowledgeable and helpful the entire time. Rachel has a great way of handling our pets .

Buddy had a great, relaxing time getting a bath and conditioned for his skin allergies at Suds Em Yourself. He’s an older dog and they were so careful and gentle with him. He can’t wait to go back! And our little dog had her nails cut. She hates getting it done but they helped make it go easy for her. Thank you all! We will be back!
