5 Stars – Exceptional Food & Outstanding Service! I had a wonderful experience at Suga and Spice! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home with their warm and attentive service. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor and beautifully presented… truly exceptional food. You can tell the kitchen puts love and care into everything they make. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a place that delivers both great taste and great hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was a little skeptical at first as the place was empty when I arrived. I ordered to go, as I mainly found this place for my grandfather who wanted spicy lamb. The cashier was nice and helped make recommendations. I ordered jerk lollipop lamb chops with the Mac and cheese, and collard greens. I also ordered Jerk crab cakes with yams, collard greens and cornbread. The food took about 25 minutes to cook which I could appreciate as I knew it would be fresh. I requested all sides to be boxed separately. The food was still hot after a 37 minute ride home which was a plus. The taste test alone had us both sold, everything was very good, flavorful and cooked to perfection. We paid $85 for two plates and we will definitely be back again!

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Suga and Spice, and let me tell you — this place never disappoints! I ordered the stuffed jerk salmon with rice and peas, and it was phenomenal. Perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. The rice and peas were the perfect complement! Now let’s talk about the cornbread… last time I came, it was so good I had to order two this time! And yes, it was just as delicious this time around as it was the last. Sweet, moist, and buttery, easily some of the best cornbread I’ve ever had. On top of the amazing food, the customer service was top-tier. Joy, the assistant manager for the night, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her energy, attentiveness, and professionalism truly elevated the experience. She’s a gem! If I could give this place 6 stars, I honest to God would. I recommend Suga and Spice to any and everyone. Whether it’s your first time or your tenth, you’re going to leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with so much love by Ms. Joy. She didn’t just hand me a menu — she took the time to walk me through it, share more about the restaurant, and even tell me about their sister spots like Miss Toya’s and Angry Jerk. That personal touch really made me feel at home. I’ve been here more than once, and every single time the food is on point. This visit, I ordered the stuffed jerk salmon with cornbread and mac & cheese — and whew, let me tell you, it was everything! The flavors were bold, rich, and seasoned to perfection. Don’t even think about leaving without trying the honey cornbread (sweet, moist, and addicting) and the strawberry lemonade (so refreshing, I could drink it all day). The vibe here is warm, welcoming, and full of good energy — you can feel the love and pride they put into the food and the experience. If you haven’t been to Suga & Spice yet, do yourself a favor and come through. It’s one of those spots you’ll keep coming back to!
