Masumi did a wonderful job with my hair (Asian black straight long hair), which hadn’t been cut or treated for over a year. I asked for bangs, and she nailed it with such delicate and thoughtful technique. The Korean-style styling afterward was lovely, even though I didn’t explain my expectations very clearly—it actually inspired my own go-to styling! I got a haircut from Hee Sun because my hair was so damaged from multiple color treatments. She gave me honest and helpful advice on what my hair needs to rejuvenate and how to avoid further damage. She’s very knowledgeable and sincere in her recommendations. I’ve already recommended my mom to get a cut with her, and I’ll definitely be back! :)
My daughter and I come to see Masumi for our haircuts, and we love her! She’s very meticulous with her technique, detail-oriented, and even gives great head massages. She also has excellent knowledge about hair health. She identified a possible cause of my damage and explained it clearly. She’s also sweet and giving! I highly recommend her!
