1 star — Absolutely Unacceptable! - Promised July finish — families left in limbo. I bought one of these townhomes in Burquitlam where Summit Brooke is the General Contractor/Construction Manager hired by the developer to manage the construction of a very straightforward townhouse complex, thinking we were finally done with renting and moving. Phase 1 was supposed to be finished in July 2025 — today is Sept 19, 2025 and it’s still an unorganized construction site with no indication of expedition or acceleration to make up the lost time. My family has been juggling storage units, a broken moving plan, extra child care, and weeks of uncertainty because the builder hired Summit Brooke and the work hasn’t been completed. I don’t want to be petty, I just want answers and basic respect. Summit Brooke, please publish a clear recovery schedule, name the on-site superintendent, and give us weekly photo updates. This isn’t just a late build, it’s people’s lives and plans on hold. Do the right thing. Enough is Enough! I’ll update this review if the team delivers a professional, timely finish. Until then I can’t recommend them.

Built the Autobahn faster than this apartment complex on Underhill St Kelowna… guess you need to pay more than $20 hr to get workers interested. Must be why the construction has been dragging on forever….They also provide parking but the employees are too lazy to walk half a block. Why don’t you hire some staff and get this project completed. Slowest construction company in Canada. So sick of all the noise, like hire people and get the job done. Just a sad pathetic company
