I’ve been going to this place for about 2 months now and Sam has done my nails each time. She does such an exceptional and high quality job and puts so much detail and care into every nail. When I show her inspo, she tries really hard to make it exact while also sharing any tips based on her expertise. The spa is also clean and I never feel concerned about hygiene. Everyone working there is so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Sam & Team!

Came here randomly. My manicure has lasted the longest it ever has (just over three weeks and no chipping). Wonderful job. I got the magnet nail design. Decent prices. Something I would recommend though is increasing colour selection, as quite limited selection compared with other places I’ve been to! Would return!

This nail salon is amazing! Super happy with my nails — Lisa was so friendly, gentle, and did a perfect job on my mani. She really takes her time and makes sure everything looks great. Definitely coming back!

so disappointed with my nails :( The ladies working were mostly nice but the experience was not. It took over 6 tries before my “nail tech” decided she was satisfied with one of the single heart designs done on my ring fingers. The other hand was also redone several times. The heart looked NOTHING like the heart on my other hand. I wouldn’t be bothered by her redoing the design so many times if it had resulted with a clean looking heart, that was not the case though. Other than my thumbs, each nail was filed crookedly and on top of that most of the nails were not flat and were uneven on the surface. Besides the ring finger accent nail, the rest of the nails were painted completely black. Unfortunately each black nail has excess nail polish or spots of polish missing around the edges making the final look not at all clean or professional. The woman who did my nails hurt my cuticles 3 times with her electric file by overfilling or by applying excessive pressure even causing one of my cuticles to bleed. After seeing the blood she proceeded to quietly file the rest and once done, she finally put on some oil in an attempt to fix the situation. She didn’t seem to care that she had made me bleed considering she continued to do my nails rather than immediately clean or oil the cut. This leads me to strongly believe this is likely a consistent thing she does to her clients. My friend also had a pretty poor experience. We matched our sets and luckily her person did a much better job on the heart! That being said, her nail “artist” cut the acrylics without any communication leaving my friend with a much shorter length than she had planned to get. I’ve had many great nail artists who have shaped my nails beautifully and were very much straight and not lopsided, this was definitely not because of my hands anatomy, therefor the oddly shaped and crooked nails were due to her lack of skill or alternatively because she simply didn’t care to put any effort in. Regardless I asked 3 times if not more to have her fix the shape and straighten the nails, after her few attempts with lack of effort she proceeded to tell me to wash my hands so she can start polish, without caring to ask my opinion on how they looked. Her switch of attitude caused her to come across as annoyed and frustrated by my simple request to receive properly shaped nails and left me unsatisfied. My friends nails were finished 40 minutes before mine were even at the painting stage, we started at the exact same time and got the exact same set other than the fact that mine were black opposed to hers being white. No idea why it took so much extra time to do mine but in total it took 2+ hours to finish when it could have easily taken at the VERY most an hour and a half. Overall we both left very disappointed especially when we were charged 65$ each for a messy and poorly done set of acrylics. This was my first and most definitely the last time I’ll get my nails done let alone any other service provided at this spa. Even just thinking about getting lash extensions here leaves me feeling uneasy as I would never trust them near my nails again let alone my eyes! I do not recommend going here at all unless your wanting an overpriced set of nails done that end up looking like a beginners first attempt at acrylics!!! Id definitely want a refund for this set or lack there of but at this point any expectations of good service from this place are completely gone :(( Pictures of this set attached below definitely do not portray how badly this set was done.
