Hard to understand staff but they were very nice.|The first room was clean comfortable. Breakfast waffles, muffins, sour juice. Quiet enough. The second room a week later was ok as well except for the toilet, I felt I was in a kindergarten room, it was only 1 foot off the floor. We couldn't eat waffles another day so money waisted there. Price was good so we will go back if ever in the area.

Front desk person did not know how to remove state taxes when presented tax exempt form, was told to seek manager, but there was never anyone by the front desk, I was there coming and going for 6 days. Room floor was covered with something. Bedding had what looked like blood on it. No snacks to purchase, breakfast was a joke, so much so that I only saw two people eating. The coffee pumps were always empty. Front entrance, elevator door, and bathroom sinks all smelled like sewer gas.

Positive: Hotel was conveniently located off the interstate and felt safe. Negative: The breakfast was most likely not meeting health code. Boil eggs still hot in the fridge with yogurt (that was not cold). Cream cheese was not refrigerated and was rancid (I got sick from taking a bite of it). Hotel needed maintenance.

I had a terrible experience during my recent stay at the hotel. The room was absolutely disgusting; the toilet was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Surfaces were grimy, and I found body fluids on the chair, which was completely unacceptable. There were hairs scattered everywhere, making it feel unsanitary. The bathtub had a sludge and dirt ring, indicating a lack of proper maintenance. I was appalled by the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards. This hotel needs to address these serious issues immediately. I would not recommend staying here until they improve their housekeeping practices.
