Upon reading the reviews from other people's experiences on deliveries, I tried calling them but couldn't get through, I didn't give up there.... I thought lets hop on a train down to Blackhorse Lane Station and walked to them which was a 5 min walk from the station, got to the business centre which has different business units in there just look for number Unit 3, upon arrival it was like walking back into Jamica's Supermarket, the smell of fresh bakery, patties, they had all the snacks and majority of the hard get items many places do not have, from cereals, drinks, herbs, house hold items the lot.. I specifically went to hunt down some Vanilla concentrate and needed more than x1 bottle, Ray was nice enough to get me out some from the warehouse next door. Looking in the fridge they had majority of jamaican drinks which my caught the Grape Wata, honestly I felt like I was in Jamaica again and I believe it's worth coming in person and getting your items rather than ordering it online.
Placed an order online 3/11/24. Did not get confirmation of order. 6/11/24 I sent an email requesting a delivery date, email returned stating address cannot be found. This company have received money from my account. I will pursue with PayPal to deal with this matter. Unacceptable, deception.
I’ve ordered from this company in January online, paid for my items via pay pal, emailed them too and no response and no items!! It’s a whole scam!!!!
