Sunset Primary Care is the real deal. The whole team is so down to earth and genuinely cares about you. They make you feel comfortable from the second you walk in, and somehow still have you laughing even when things are tough. It’s rare to find a doctor’s office that feels like family. You’re not just another patient, Scottie and the team really invest in your health and take the time to listen and help… while making you feel seen, heard and validated. Highly recommend if you want great care without all the issues you encounter at most clinics. 1,000 stars.

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment and I have only been once. After several years of other doctors in the area being so quick to dismiss concerns or to speak dismissively, I, in an outreach of desparation, went to Sunset Primary. It was an amazing experience from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, to the check in process, to the Physician actually listening (and I had a lot to say), the office staff being kind and efficient, the proper referrals being placed, and the follow-up care. Dont let the location of the practice decieve you-- these folks know what they are doing and they are passionate about what they do. Do know that they dont accept insurance but do NOT let that keep you away. Is it better to pay $60-$100 out of pocket for great care, bedside manner, respect, and efficiency OR go pay a measely low co-pay to wait for hours, pull teeth for a follow-up, be dismissed by your doctors, and wait weeks/months to be seen? All doctors go through the same accreditation. Go to Sunset Primary in front of the West Columbia Walmart. Tell them Ashley from her Google review sent you! You wont regret it.

I was very pleased with the care and the information that I received when I was there last week. Everyone was kind, professional and patient. Jessica was great with giving me all the information that I needed about the semiglutide that I need to take on a maintenance level since I hit my weight loss goal. I was extremely nervous bc my dr.
