It's near DC and it's cheap, but you have to be really chill to enjoy it. The driveway to the hotel was hard to spot at first. No biggie. Got used to it but it was annoying. Nothing they can do about that, so whatever. The service at the desk was...fine? The employee didn't really care that I was there. She was talking to someone else when I came in and went through the motions of my paperwork like she was indifferent that I needed to check in. The lady at checkout was nicer. Didn't get their names. Parking beside my room was good and the other guests were quiet. The floors in the room make your feet turn black even after you've just gotten out of the shower. They're dirty and need a deep steam mop and carpet steamer. The bed took up 80% of the room and was hard as a rock and felt a little lopsided, meanwhile the pillows were a thin as paper. It made for an uncomfortable sleep. The air conditioner was trying its hardest but I had to repeatedly turn it on after it turned itself off no matter what setting I turned it to. I was there during a heatwave so I can't complain too much. It did its job and I stayed cool. The nightstands had outlets on them that were unusable because the nightstands weren't plugged in to a power source. There were no power outlets to be found near the bed. The desk lamp outlets didn't work because they were broken completely. The only workable power outlet in the room was by the bathroom/sink. The bathroom was clean and I had no issues with water temperature. The showerhead was a nice rain-like faucet. The bathroom door had some weird bubbling issues like it couldn't handle the steam from the bathroom and was warping in spots. There was also no lock on the bathroom door but with just me and one guest it wasn't a concern. With the room barely being 10x15 feet it was obvious where we were at any given time. The room was cheap so I couldn't expect too much from it but overall it wasn't a very enjoyable stay and I was fine to leave. No attachment to it, wouldn't stay there again with peace and love.

Affordable in price. Location is out of the way and the parking is free. The room was clean kept and smelled nice. The staff were both friendly and kind. Appreciate the hospitality, being out of state can be nerve wracking and kind of scary. Having a safe, clean place to sleep is so important - ♡ Thanks - keep up the great work. - Natasha.

I spent a good deal of April 2025 in 2 separate rooms here. Especially considering the very reasonable rates the king bedroom was very nice. Very comfortable bedding. Good tv channel selections and clean bathroom. The service is unbelievable. Kendra, the general manager, is a kind hearted and caring woman. She really went above and beyond taking care of me. If you are respectful and kind to her she will take care of you. I had to leave to go to the hospital. I left all of my personal belongings in the room. I came back and they had EVERYTHING I left locked up in storage for me. My wallet with several hundred dollars in cash, my clothes and bags, everything. I had to leave again several days later for the hospital again (I left too early before). Again I left all my belongings and again I came back and it was all secure waiting for me. Again she offered me a room to stay. Very sweet person. Just worried about my well-being and very empathetic to someone going through a rough patch in their life. Ruthie was very kind as well. Great place to stay. Strongly recommend. No need to waste money on a high end hotel. Rooms are nice enough to compete with them here.
