Great for families. Excellent service. The 2 queen sized room was large. The shower/tub was perfect for two young children to take their bath at the same time. Plenty of towels made available and replaced regularly. Breakfast was ideal for a family, with the kids loving the waffle station with whipped cream and chocolate chips. The breakfast staff was friendly. The indoor pool water was not too cold and the hot tub was not too hot, so it was easy to spend some time in both. Outdoor pool area was fine.

Last minute booking to take my kids before back to school. Absolutely worth the price. Expensive but wow the view was amazing. Stayed bay front. It was very nice ambient view. We would visit again. The day time pictures don't do it justice. We had a great time and would come back! Complimentary towels to dry off or take into pool such a nice detail. They had zero brand lotions ,shampoo and conditioner. Made me feel extra fancy. The place smelled so good. I have never been to a place where it smelled so nice like it made me want to just be there.

The room was fabulous - very quiet, even though I was facing the road. They all have balconies. It's a 5 min walk to the beach. The indoor pool/spa was very enjoyable. The outdoor space overlooking the bay is lovely. Breakfast was good (omelet, sausage, oatmeal, fresh fruit were all great, but the potatoes were a bit undercooked). Coffee was great. The front desk staff were very pleasant.

I use to love this hotel but this stay not son much! The lower 300 rooms facing the street are noisy. But I accepted that. The biggest disappointment is the indoor pool and only hot tub is closed for remodeling. (They do tell you on the website) but it’s a let down on rainy days. Also during the week the tiki bar was not open the days we stayed there. I guess lees people in the hotel during the week but it’s still a disappointment. Breakfast is ok and rooms are clean and my kids made the best of it. But I’ll probably give it a few years before I come back.
