Mike and Drew provided 5 star service. They were knowledgeable, professional, and gave me great info for what was going on in my plumbing. This company itself, I found to be very "sales oriented" and very pushy about me reviewing them. Initially I agreed until I was emailed asking to rate them 5 stars. They sent me 3+ emails and 2 calls in less than 1 week, requesting this google review promising me a 30$ refund when complete. Is this ethical??? Does that mean there is a 30$ minimum markup for everyone? They also give a 10% discount on your next service. How many discounts are there? Expensive and pushy company. If you can afford them, they may be worth it...
