Please address this issue ASAP. I had an encounter with one of your drivers being extremely Rude meanwhile I was pumping gas. He was honking his horn and I was still attending to my gas pumping needs. And he was rushing me out of there by honking his horn and throwing his hands around. "Throwing Hands Around" means the driver has an anger problem and needs to reprimanded for his actions. I was also being asked by a previous customer that had paid for gas but drove off by accident and returned to let me know what happened. Meanwhile JERK driver was honking his horn. After moving and taking care of the other customer, I asked the driver to please try and be more patient and respectful and not honk at people because it is Rude. Please take the time to educate this driver because he is under your company name and he is using the safety horn in an impatient, angry way. This is unacceptable customer service and next time he may face someone that is so patient.
One of these trucks though carrying fuel has the ability to kick up rocks and one did kick up and put a big huge crack in my windshield on the 22 freeway coming from the 57 freeway! Upon writing to their dispatch they completely denied the claim and told me that they don't carry rocks and that there's nothing they can do but there is something they can do and put better at Rock deflectors on the back of their trailers this truck happened to have one that seem to be missing in action or broken! Oh well
I WAS WARNED IT WILL BE A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME TO APPLY! I didn't want to believe it, but it's VERY TRUE! It's a shame there's NO DIVERSITY at the Colton, Ca. location. The vibe I felt was NOT PLESEANT. The drive test instructer, HISPANIC, made me feel like he was going to fail me before we even got started...SMH....VERY PREDICTABLE...So, I was done with it...NO NEED TO KEEP GOING WHEN YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT'S UNDERSTOOD!!! This location MAKES IT VERY OBVIOUS!!
