He went above and beyond making sure our RO spout was exactly where I wanted it to be, for aesthetic purposes, ensuring it could actually be done without issues. Our soft water tank was installed in our basement seamlessly, allowing us to have no issues when we install drywall. Overall, wonderful job.

We had two different crews come out the HVAC crew and Plumbers and both teams were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Anthony jackettaI only gave them 1 star because I had to, these guys are not worth any!!! I had been a Superior customer for years until last week. I had a technician arrive at my house to look at my two furnaces that were not working. After looking at the 1st furnace, with very little diagnostics preformed, the technician informed me that the unit would need a mother board in order to function. I was quoted $1,000.00 for that part and the labor to install it....... The second furnace was shut down by the technician due to out of compliance heat exchanger... He was unable to give me a quote for a new furnace and requested a "comfort salesman" to respond to my house to give me a quote... I was quoted $14,000.00 for the furnace only. Long story short, after having a second HVAC company look at my furnaces, the first one was found to have a plugged line. Once cleared the furnace ran great, and I was not charged for that diagnosis and repair. The 2nd furnace was required to be replaced. I had a whole new system,(furnace, coil, and condenser) installed for 1/2 the cost that Superior quoted me for the furnace alone. I then tried contacting Superior to express my frustration, and was met with a "so, what's your ask" response... I will never use Superior nor recommend them for anything... Poor technician, poor customer service, and flat out trying to take advantage of people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR HEATING AND AIR NEEDS!!!
