Surugaya Akihabara Station Front Shop

I've had nothing but good experiences in this shop! The clerks on the first floor have always been super friendly in my experience. A few days ago I went in to buy a figure but my card didn't work, so they even held onto the figure for me for a couple hours until I sorted out the issue with my card! I visit this place every time I go to Akihabara and always make some good finds :D I recommend checking the bargain bins outside for some cheap trading and price figures :3

It was a terrible shopping experience. The salesperson on the first floor had an extremely bad attitude. In contrast, the shopping experience on the second floor and the basement was quite good, with very polite and courteous staff. The salesperson in the basement even helped me find the game cartridge I was looking for. However, when I took the cartridge to the first floor due to my unfamiliarity with the rules, I was treated very poorly. The salesperson was probably the man with glasses that everyone mentioned. When I expressed my intention to buy a 一番赏, he was very impatient, sighing while handing me the item. Even after I had already paid (while he was giving me change), I wanted to gacha, but I was rudely interrupted again.God,what's wrong about you? His behavior was completely impolite and discourteous throughout, which ruined the good impression I had formed from the other floors！

A very cramped shop, with very little walking space. It was very hard to look through the figures in peace, as everyone was just squeezing by. I couldn’t stay 5min in this shop, and the items seem to be all over the place and very messy.
