I came today for the special watch. My son sent me. I had no idea what to expect and my son said it can be stressful so to be prepared. Total opposite. Natalie showed me the watch and its detail which was incredible. It was like being a VIP. Wow! She was so lovely. I will definitely be back for my Christmas list. Thank you Swatch for coming to Waterloo and thank you Natalie for your service. The family is a Swatch family now. My son will have to get his own watch as I am keeping this one.

The only reason am giving 3 stars is because the employees were warm and welcoming, other than that, the store has an extremely limited strap collection. The straps that they had were kept in plastic disposable boxes and ziplocks as if it were some local mechanic shop, very unprofessional, such organisational practices completely ruin the brand image and product experience.

Drove from Toronto all the way to this store to try and get the Swatch x Omega GOLD, as I was in line, and all the employees were entertaining me telling me there is still enough stock in the back for me, and as soon as the heavy body and tatted arm girl came out not sure if she's the manager, and told security they were out of it but did not communicate with the whole team so I was falsely promised by other employees and held my time in line thinking I would get one. I feel judged, wasted time, and this is totally unacceptable.

Line up for special moonswatch was organized and orderly despite the long line. The staff ensured to let people know about cut off line and stock so I did not waste my time. The SA took time to explain the swatch and resize the band for me on the spot.
