I’ve been going to Kristen for 13 years and followed her through four different salons—because she’s just that good! She’s a true color specialist who has helped me with my hard-to-color hair and, more recently, is guiding me through transitioning to more gray. She even taught me how to put my veil on myself before I eloped—something I’ll never forget. Moments like that show how she goes above and beyond the chair. Over the years, she hasn’t just been my stylist—she’s become a true friend. Highly recommend!

I was so scared to go to a new hair salon. I’ve had a bad experience at another salon before and have stuck with my hair lady until she just recently moved. Now I know how good my hair can look thanks to Kelci! I thought my previous hair lady was phenomenal, but I was wrong. Kelci is phenomenal. I am blonde and got a full highlight and it looks so natural. It’s the best highlight I’ve ever gotten. I’ll see you again soon Kelci.

I’ve been going to Jessie for over a year and I am SO happy I found her! The salon is cute and spunky, and Jessie is extremely skilled, open minded and friendly. I am going through a “hair journey”, changing my fragile, thinning, hair from dark to light, and she has been an amazing and patient partner throughout. She is mindful of my hair health as well as my goals, always has good ideas and is open to suggestions. I’ve been coloring/treating my hair for 20 years, so this is a complex process! Jessie is a joy to work with! She also introduced me to another stylist, Kristen, who was able to help me with a Brazilian blowout, which was super timely for summer. They worked together on schedules, which was awesome. So very glad I found Jessie and Sway Salon!

Never want to go anywhere else for my hair again! Kristen and this salon have my heart. First, the website design is great for scheduling your first appointment and is super informative about the stylists’ specialties and what is to be expected with tipping (hourly rate includes gratuity so you don’t have to fumble through figuring that out which I love). I also really liked that I filled out a form for new clients where I could send in a pic of my current hair and inspo pics for what I wanted, along with comments. This really helped when it came to the actual appointment, since Kristen knew what I was thinking and any concerns about my hair from the moment I sat down in her chair. Super responsive to book the appointment too through text (seriously, the communication style way cut down on my usual anxiety trying new places). The salon is easy to find, designated parking lot, and super cute. Comfy waiting area and wash station, little beverage bar also. The stylists are all super personable and were all friendly. And I can’t say enough about Kristen…I’ve never had a shorter bob before and now I don’t know if I can go back! She did a fantastic job on the cut and gloss. I’m horrible at doing my hair and every time I dry it, I love it all over again. She listened to why I wanted that cut, gave feedback on how to style and tips to address my concerns, and just overall the experience was amazing, from feeling heard and getting an opinion and sense of humor and vibe! 20/10!
