We booked Soraya and her team to plan and cater our backyard wedding this past fall. This was easily the best decision we made for our special day! We had our concerns about the limitations of a home wedding, which Soraya easily put to rest. Soraya was incredibly accommodating, a true expert, and such a delight to work with. Her team handled everything perfectly — the delicious menu that blended our Greek and Puerto Rican cuisines, beautiful layout and decor, all the way to the remarkably efficient cleanup job after. We have such fond memories interacting with different members of Soraya’s team throughout the day. Our wedding went effortlessly and stress-free thanks to their incredible work.

About 5-6 months before our wedding, our original caterer re-quoted our pricing that I had signed over a year ago and it had increased by almost 15k! I was so distraught and stressed, as you can imagine. Luckily I found Soraya through a Facebook wedding group after I had asked for a second opinion. SHE SAVED MY WEDDING DAY. My husband and I are Cambodian and Chinese and trying to find any upscale asian caterer in the NorthShore was darn near impossible. I had my heart set on an upscale multi-course asian banquet menu. We ended up with 10 courses! Soraya made it happen and all the food was made on site at our venue in Peabody (the Olio). Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was! To think I almost went with drop catering as I thought that was my only option. Thank goodness I found Soraya! As anyone who has ever thrown a big event knows, the food will make or break an event. And Soraya's food MADE our wedding a huge success. Soraya made sure fried foods were crispy, hot foods were HOT, and each table service was flawlessly delivered. Even our foodie families were happy with the food and were so surprised at how authentic everything tasted. We had menu items that were Chinese and Cambodian. I would hire Soraya and her team again, and again, and again. She kept me at ease and made sure everything was flawlessly executed. THANK YOU again for everything Soraya. You have mine and my families deepest appreciation.

We were looking for a caterer that specialized in Middle Eastern cuisine, and our planner recommended Soraya. From the start, Soraya was amazing. She is responsive, thorough, and of course: her food is amazing. We have been to over 30 weddings in the past few years and we know it's very easy for the food to be lacking at large events - even just due to volume, but Soraya really impressed us on every front. People STILL rave about the food at our wedding! Her team was amazing as well, they all brought such a great energy to our wedding and we couldn't have been happier. Special shout out - I asked for a special Lebanese dish that I knew wouldn't be a crowd favorite, but it was my personal favorite, and Soraya brought me my own personal dish of it during our dinner service. I was ecstatic! Highly recommend Soraya and her team - you won't be disappointed!
