My wife and I had a wonderful and very 🫦 romantic time at Sybaris Indianapolis. The room was very nice! The hot tub, which was our favorite, was clean, big, and perfect temperature. The pool area was very clean as well as the room and bathroom. The bed was huge and comfortable and I appreciated every mirror. 😍 The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. We are looking forward to our next reservation for the chalet.
Natalie went above and beyond for my stay. I decided to upgrade to a new room the same day at check in and within 15 minutes was completely moved from a deluxe whirlpool to a paradise suite! She even RAN to bring me the new key for my new room. It was unbelievable amazing customer service, professionalism, kindness and didn’t make me feel like I was being inconvenient at all. Amazing clean rooms, amazing all around hospitality from everyone who works here, amazing stay and will 100% come back for years to come.
So me and my fiance booked the paradise suite in indiana indianapolis location. It was a 2 hour drive which was fine but when we arrived at the location it seemed questionable from the scenery and things around it. When we got to our room it was nothing like the pictures online at all! The room was VERY OLD AND OUTDATED it had a look from the year 1989 the bed had a glass bottom made on it with old sockets that were broken the mirrors were old and worn down the chair in the room had leather pealing off of it. Also the room had a wet rug in it when we got there and the door was very janky the hinges were loose so the door wasn't properly opening and closing correctly. But to top it off we spoke to the supervisor a young man name Jaden who told us that some of the rooms have gotten renovated but the room we had wasn't one of them and that we should of put in a request for a renovated room. But how or why would we put in a request for and updated room when online the pictures show a really nice room which we thought we were going to get. So that was false advertisement. Jaden goes on to tell us that the pictures online are not the room we expected when I showed him the pictures he even said it wasn't the paradise room at all it was the majestic suite. He also stated this wasn't the first time guest made complaints about the room being different from the pictures online and that it was corporates job to fix that problem. But for 700+ dollars it definitely was not worth that price at all and it was my birthday as well. Jaden opted us a later check out time and two robes and spa soap for us being very unhappy with the false advertisement of the room no money off or anything. So all in all we were very disappointed with our stay it ruined my birthday.
