Joe QuintanillaRequired tracking and constant harassment over the phone. If they must know where loads are then call dispatch not drivers. Everyone has elogs nowadays make dispatch do their jobs. Not worth the hassle for what they pay on loads.
Dave SnyderNot impressed at all. They require you to download a tracking app, so they know exactly when your truck is moving and when it's not and where you are. I went down at 4:00 p.m., finally got to sleep at 9:00 because 4:00 is too early for me to sleep. Just before midnight these fools text and wake me up assuming I'm on my break and wanting to know the reefer temperature. Duh, If I've been down nearly 8 hours you know I'm on my damn break. So they woke me up. Then 45 minutes later I finally get back to sleep because I'm getting up at 2:00 a.m. to go deliver their damn load, And they text and wake me up again! Now I'm just up. They create dangerous situations by having drivers driving while they are tired because of their BS. They need to train their people better, much better. Filing a complaint in the morning. No respect for drivers, And they gave a really absurd comment when they texted back and said sorry to bother you. That's why we texted. Texting wakes drivers up! It sends an alert to the phone. You hear it and you wake up out of a deep sleep. Pathetic. Educate these people more. A lot more.
