After years of low back pain, sciatica, leg weakness and pulling out my back multiple times, I am now able to walk long distances and run again after 6 weeks of PT here. I can’t thank them enough! The practice is very prompt, the physical therapists are highly skilled and focused on each individual, the office is very clean and the staff very welcoming. 100% recommend

My first visit was with Laura. What I can say is the way I walked in there was not the way I walked out of there. Laura took her time explained the plan and went to work. From that visit I knew Synergy Rehab would be my choice for my therapy needs. Also I can't forget about Seema, when Laura isn't available I see her. Seema is a joy as well with great conversation. My experience has just been great! One last shout out to Saeeda she loves to laugh & Jordan is such a great cool guy.

The physical therapy care I received here was great. All the therapists were professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the billing experience has been extremely frustrating. I’ve had twelve claims process as out-of-network even though one particular provider should be in-network. Blue Cross Blue Shield confirmed this is a credentialing issue on the facility’s end, but the billing manager, Jennifer, has been repeatedly dismissive, even toward the BCBS representative who reached out directly. Instead of saying, “That’s strange, let me dig into why insurance and the patient are both seeing something different,” she kept repeating the same information and insisting the therapist is in-network, even saying I’m the only patient having this issue. I’ll admit I was a grumpy person — not out of malice, but out of frustration from dealing with the same dismissive responses for quite a while. She ultimately hung up on me instead of trying to understand where I was coming from as a patient who’s been trying to get proper help. Because of her behavior, I’ve decided to discontinue my care here. It’s disappointing, because the therapists were excellent, but the lack of professionalism from billing ruined what could have been a great experience.
