taking your machines here you will receive excellent customer service. My machine was taken in exactly at the given appointment time. The HyperFine Auto service tech explained what he was going to do, when he was going to do it, and how he will perform the booked service, I was informed how much it will cost for each service, they helped me shorten the amount of hours(labour) spent which reduced my bill a little (every cent counts!). There is a VIP room for customer to wait in and enjoy snacks, water, tea, coffee, also a large screen to watch shows/movies which is unique to see at a mechanic shop. The owner put in a lot of money into this shop and it shows. There is also desks for you to work on with lights, heaters were running (during winter) which shows the owner cares about his customers waiting. The washroom is clean, the shop is clean. The price is up there, however totally worth spending your hard earned money here. Thank you Peter and HyperFine Autos for always taking care of my machines and myself :) They booked me in on a Saturday which is rare to find a shop able to work on a weekend, so I am extremely thankful for accommodating my request. Had my vehicle safetied by the team at Hyperfine Autos. The staff were friendly and inviting. They were extremely busy but were able to fit me into their tight schedule.
