I like their services for new tenants, they basically answer all questions as soon as possible, most of the time phone call is available, both Wemilo and Izabella are professional and provide great services as much as they could, I love it. Even there were mistakes, it was fixed really quickly and now we are ready to move in, both of me and my partner are excited and looking forward.

I mean, I love the location. Train is nearby, park is in walk distance, a lot good dinning spots. But this building…the closet door is held by double sided tape!!! And the trim looks like a kid’s project. The janitor is rude. People in admin office seem nice, but very slow in responding your emails. They do not send notice when your apartment lease is about to terminate. To notify them I am not renewing, I have to send email with 4 follow-ups coz nobody responding or give me the N9. I never have this issue with other property management team. They always reach out 60+ days in advance to let me know about process of renew/termination.

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment! The building is very new, modern, and located in a convenient area, just a short walk to Dows Lake subway station and close to parks and restaurants. The unit itself is comfortable and well-designed, with both the heating and air conditioning working perfectly, which made it easy to stay comfortable year-round. The amenities are excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very useful for daily life. Whenever I ran into small issues, such as a few temporary hot water outages, the management team responded quickly and resolved everything without hassle. The property manager Wemilo and concierge Rafael are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Overall, it’s been a very pleasant place to live, and I’d recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a modern home in a convenient location in Ottawa.

Emma took me through all the amenities and several available units in great detail and did a wonderful job. Lots of information to process all at once so she followed up with an email with a review of everything we talked about. One thing I missed and also forgot to ask about was bicycle storage. I see it is available but we didn't go through details in the tour.
