Our home evaluation went very well :) They notified us multiple times of when the inspection would take place. The reminder texts were very helpful. I had a great experience working with Carly Hunt. I probably got on her nerves at times (lol) but She was very friendly and responsive. She was able to help me through the whole process, from the application to finally moving in along with any questions I had. Too bad she's not my property manager. I would recommend anyone looking to go through T&H to request to work with her. Thanks for all your help Carly!!! Also, Karl the maintenance man was very friendly and took care of what I needed done with no issuee.

We went from another property management company to discover the joy of working with T&H Realty. We are living abroad and had a second rate property management company that was awful, financially draining and non-responsive to our needs.
