Gray gave the best advice and was so kind! I spilled water on my Mac-book Pro and was able to call and schedule a meeting day of. The tech helped check that it was ok and was honest with me about the cost of a repair. The meeting was quick and efficient and the customer service was wonderful!

He gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was running lbehind and might be a little late and to see if it was ok to still come. He was very patient and took his time wit us ( non technology senior citizens). Geoff answered all of questions and was able to get us back on line. We would Highly recommend T&T Technology.
