Great service! They are responsive and everyone is so friendly! Jason and Levi are great! I had an issue with ants in Jan. They came out right away. They put some gel down and boy did it work in attracting them. I had them come out again and do the in-house treatment this time and I haven't seen ants since! They took care of the wasps nests outside as well. I highly recommend!

Great experience, very professional, thorough, and humane to the little squirrels who decided to live rent free in our roof. Our tech Chris, was very accommodating to us and the squirrels. I would recommend this family run company over the big conglomerates any day!

This review is long overdue, but well deserved. If you have a pest issue, hands-down, Taps is the company you want to go with! We had rats in our attic, following the hurricane season, and it was upsetting to say the least! Alex came out to give us an estimate and evaluate the situation. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Chris and Alex together did the majority of the work, including hard to see/reach areas that required creative solutions! Chris was experienced and knowledgeable and successfully resolved the issue in no time at all. Chris and Alex were both incredibly professional, determined, and trustworthy- I can not thank them both enough! When you have a serious situation like this, you want to know that the people you are working with, can and will resolve the issue for you, and you can be sure of that with Taps. It took a couple of weeks for all of the rats to be removed, And then we had our attic sanitized, and we have been pest free and Happy ever since. Best money we have ever spent! We met with a variety of services before we decided to go with Taps, and we know that we made the right decision. There is no other company for pest service that I could recommend more highly, then Taps for pest removal! It has been a few months and we are still singing their praises!

We highly recommend Taps Pest Services! Levin Gonzales has been helping us solve our major ant issues over the last few weeks. He has come up with multiple different treatment options and he is always willing to come back out to our house when we need him. And we have seen an insane improvement!! While he is here treating the ants, he also always goes out to our pool cage to do a spider treatment as well. He is the best!! Thank you!!
