Rob is knowledgeable, friendly to deal with and very helpful at every step of the whole process. Selling our house through Less Than 1% has been completely seamless and stress free (even with a few complications buyer side, which Rob swiftly dealt with so I didn't have to!). When Rob came to value the house I was so relieved to find an agent whose approach was not "salesy" like you so often find, he is just a nice guy who is straight talking, efficient and knowledgeable. I had total confidence in him to sell our house and he did so very quickly. Natalie did a great job with the photos too. From offer to completion Rob kept things moving along for us. Had previously tried to sell our house with a big name agent in Northampton without much luck, lots of buyers that fell through. The main differences from Rob was initially the photos of the house, they really understand how to show off the features of a property with the right angles and photos are edited perfectly. The other main difference was Rob properly assessed the potential buyers, this led to our first offer being the one we have sold to. He assured me straight away that they seemed reliable and this held true through to sale. Rob is very calming and relaxed throughout the process even though ours was a nightmare through silly delays but he was always on top and chasing. I have already recommended Less than 1% to a couple of people and will continue to do so, very good service and obviously a very good fee!

As a first time buyer, it can be quite stressful when looking/buying your first home, but I honestly can’t recommend Rob enough and would highly recommend his Agency.
