For my personal experience this is a 1 Star, but it’s only because I was was under the impression it was a Latino service but not completely dismissive of English speaking travelers. Every review I read was in English. Made me feel as if I’d be OK to book through them. But, since I don’t speak Spanish I couldn’t communicate with them. So, unfortunately got hung up on. This post is mostly an FYI for others, but then again, maybe because I’m not from around here it’s more a “me” thing than a “we” things. They have great reviews though! So, of course I wanted to book with them! ◡̈
They have addressed to me they are still working on improvements but even then the service is incredible, fast, reliable, safe, and compatible with different payment types. They are also willing to hear you out and improve from our opinions
These people never came to pick me up definitely not recommended 😒 🙄
