I booked with them with an agreed price of 240 from Edmonton airport to Whitecourt but when we got into his cab, the driver told me to pay him 300! And while we were travelling he was so annoying! We can't relax inside the cab because the driver kept on opening the windows and made some noise from his phone. And when we arrived, he locked the door and he just opened it after making it sure that we paid him 300 (despite the agreed price of 240). Booking with Sherwood Flat Rate Cab is truly a nightmare to me. I promise to myself that I will never ever book a cab from this company! What a scam!!!
