Unfortunate ownership resulting in losses for the business. I would consider walking. Response: Unfortunately they are also liars. I asked a couple questions regarding their suspect process (like them asking for a credit authorization before even sending an invoice). Then they decided to back out, I even offered to send the credit card information (see attached). Also, they lied about the price on here, they only ever quoted us $750 + 15% (see attached). I HIGHLY recommend Timber Trail Taxi in Canmore for service! We used Timber Trail for our Lake Louise taxi service and they were amazing and kind unlike these idiots!

I called for taxi at my excursion location. Dispatcher waid 10 min. Waited 20 min. When cab arrived he took another person that called after i called. Cab driver arrogant, loud, and would not listen to anothing i had to say. Told me to wait fir another flcab. I am 82 years old and had to walj to bus stop a mile away. Terrible service for a town of Banff that has some nice people.

Absolutely terrible. First the automated system trolls you - every time you press 1, it asks you to press 1 again. The 4th time it says 'Don't forget to press 1!' When I finally got through I tried to describe where I was and the guy got angry with me for not being specific enough. I told him I'd just arrived on the bus and wasn't familiar with the area, but he didn't care. He finally said he'd send a taxi for me but as I started to ask what kind of car to look for he hung up on me. I had to call back and give a 'better' address to get a cab. These guys wouldn't last 5 minutes if they let Uber/Lyft into Banff and they know it.

Don’t even bother calling here. Wanted to get a taxi from Lake Louise Village to Downtown Banff and the dispatcher was so rude and angry. He said “gimme your first name” so I started spelling out my first name. Cuts me off and goes “What’s your last name”. I said “sir i’m not done spelling my first name.” Goes “WHAT IS YOUR LAST NAME AND CREDIT CARD INFO?!!” I start spelling out my last name and then tell the other person in my group how rude he was being and dude hangs up the phone. Seriously despicable service. I hope that dude feels better. 😔
