We arrived at 2:48 for a 3:00 appointment and my son was called in at 3:25 and after 3 people who arrived after we did. I also asked about some of his teeth that haven’t come all the way in and they told me they were baby teeth. When I said no they’re not we went to the back and they told me he needs braces to allow those teeth some room to grow in. That part makes sense, but why did they say they are baby teeth??? It’s a weird vibe in there.

I called off two days straight and waited for 2 hours each day just not to be serviced. They didn’t look at me the whole time. I’m pregnant so they needed a clearance so it gave them a reason to dismiss me everytime. I need a supervisor or someone to contact me because this isn’t right. I missed job opportunities and everything to Just get A CLEANING. I waited in the chair after they finally got me in and I saw two doctors on their phone while me and 2 others waited. How do I report to corporate, something needs to be done ASAP

Taylor Dental is really good with my daughter. I just wish the would actually correct the patient portal. I have spoken with the staff, called the number the staff has given me multiple times but the systems still messages me with her grandmother’s name…..

My kid did great all considering. Wasn't told they would be pulling 4 of her teeth. I was told only 2 would be pulled because they were loose and wouldn't fall out on their own. She was not given any pain medication and was expected to go to school the following day. Was told I was not allowed in the back with her because "we don't allow parents in the back with children over 10", my daughter is 9. They took like 8 xrays because they kept taking the wrong ones. Daughter told me that while they gave the numbing shot the dentist told her to stop moving her feet because it was distracting the dentist, the dentist who should be nose to teeth in my daughter's mouth. You are not a podiatrist, stop looking at her feet. Very unprofessional. We will not be attending her follow up. My experience was so bad I would rather pay out of pocket for her work to be done at her regular dentist. Yall should do better. Yall not letting parents back there is unexceptable, especially when you lie to every parent. I've seen not allowed back with a 4 year old on these reviews. So what's the age? 10? 9? 5? 4? And why is this policy not in the paperwork?
