Checking in was fine and the young lady that did the X-ray was fine, but the lady who did the cleaning for my granddaughter was not a very friendly person and she was hurting my granddaughter. And I asked why was it hurting? Because. The cleaning is not painful.It's just a cleaning. She did not try to calm my granddaughter, she just kept going. I'm almost finished, she said, but she wasn't a very friendly person at all with a child. She didn't have no kind of sympathy, she just kept going. My granddaughter have had many cleanings , never , ever was it painful. The Doctor who was there after to examiner. We're very friendly and helpful and explaining a lot of stuff. This was my first visit and I was not pleased with it.

So, I’ve been going from Dentist to dentist looking for someone to help me get my Big procedure done and Taylor dental, pretty Amazing staff Definitely helped me out today!! When I say they gave me the Best news of my Life, I mean My God Never Fails!! Thank you Taylor dental and staff for being so kind and Patient. And reassuring me that you all can give me my beautiful smile back. I look forward to my appointments in the next few weeks!!!

I love how good the dental hygienist cleans my daughter’s teeth but the wait time is ridiculous. There is only one dental hygienist cleaning the children’s teeth but 8 people standing around waiting on her to finish.. This is unprofessional. The front desk workers do not greet you when you walk through the doors. Customer service is an D for me. Please Improve. May I suggest putting a window where the parents can see their children being worked on since their is no room in the back for parents.

Taylor Dental has given me by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. The staff is disorganized, and some of the front desk employees are extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly unhappy with their jobs. My issues began with a scheduled filling appointment. I received a confirmation text, yet when I arrived, I was told my appointment wasn’t confirmed. After waiting 30 minutes, I was then asked to come back later or reschedule — even though I had already taken time off work. The most frustrating part is that my dental insurance was ending the very next day, and I was trying to use it before losing coverage. I filed a complaint and never heard back — no call, no email, nothing. I also have braces through Taylor Dental, and throughout my treatment, they’ve had three different orthodontists. Each time, my treatment plan changed. The latest orthodontist introduced a new plan, which the front desk told me would require an extra payment. I wasn’t happy, but I agreed because I just want my teeth done right. I rescheduled my next appointment for July 31, 2025 at 3:15 PM, but today I received a text asking me to confirm a 9:15 AM appointment instead. When I called to correct it, I spoke with a staff member who said she usually works at their New Orleans location. She was dismissive and rude, telling me I needed a filling first and that the 3:15 time was no longer available. After a frustrating exchange, I told her to cancel everything — only to be told I’d owe an extra $250 for removal, even though removal and retainers are included in my treatment plan and my contract is already past its end date. This is now the second time they’ve canceled or changed my appointment without notifying me. The customer service is terrible, communication is poor, turnover is constant, and the quality of care is not consistent. If I hadn’t called today, it would have been another wasted day. I’ve left another complaint — we’ll see if anyone follows up this time. ** UPDATE I called to complain over 2 weeks ago to hopefully get a resolution to my issue and I still have not received a call/email/bird mail NOTHING yet. Customer service sucks all around the board!
