He explained what the mortgage process looked like and collected all of our documents, he was very responsive and always took the time to clarify anything we weren't sure of, he communicated with our realtor and lawyer to ensure everything was in order, and he got us a good rate with a lender who allows us to pay extra towards to principal amount (something we were looking for).
