I went to ZAG just to ask a few questions about my 88 BMW M6. Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable. I had been there before about an airbag swap on my Mini Cooper and again helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their shop is clean and professional which is important to me. I will definitely be taking my car there in the future for any repairs needed. This coming from an aircraft technician.

He works with my budget and is honest about what my car needs the most. They always manage to have my car finished same day, now that I live out of town. Absolutely incredible experience with ZAG! I took my Volkswagen in for a diagnostic with a weird DPF/CEL code that I couldn’t seem to get rid of. The team at ZAG was able to identity the problems and spent an extra bit of time to ensure everything else with the car was properly diagnosed. The communication with the front desk and the mechanics was top notch, I felt very comfortable leaving my car at the shop and I always knew what was going on. I also really liked that I could share my experience from working on the car with the mechanic without feeling intimidated or being shot down; Zach is an incredible mechanic and a very friendly guy. I was absolutely surprised to see how well they detailed my car when I picked it up! It felt like a brand new vehicle!!! ZAG AutoWerks will be my shop of choice from now on, I 100% recommend taking your European vehicle to them.
