Customer experiences
I only give 4 stars because the service team is rude and blatantly lied about the service and prechecks they had done. The rest of the team recognized this and made it all right. We just purchased our 3rd vehicle in 18 months from here. On all three, Britney and others went above and beyond. Each time they found solid cars and affordable financing. They worked with us to ensure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend.
If you get a mailer, you won. Period. Its 5$ period. Wast of time. I didn't even open mine. Threw it in the trash. They are all the same. Read the fine print. Oldest trick in the book.
This place is terrible and so are their staff! Absolutely sickening. Me and my husband just got a car there and yes we signed for a loan that the monthly payments we ended up deciding the next day that we couldn’t quite afford it. And while we were there my husband had even asked if we take this home tonight and crunch numbers and decided things won’t work can we take it back in and trade out for something that will give us a little smaller of a monthly payment. And the. The next day when we called to try and switch it out the manager was more than rude and took a few phone calls before he finally said he could actually help us but the. He said that our option was limited to only 3 cars? Yet I brought up other cars that were pretty much the same price and he just told us that he wasn’t able to do any of those that we had to make payments on our car first but that he could get us into this one car for sure! And yes we are young and not hip to the sharks of the car lot but that does not mean they have to take advantage of a young family trying to make it! We understand that the original loan we have to pay off no matter what but why couldnt we have picked a car of liking that was only a little less than the price of the car they said they were only able to offer us. I will be getting I. Contact with the owner or general manager of this place and trying to sort this out! I will gladly make my payments each month but they should give me the second car I’m picking of my choice especially if I’m still paying my original loan amount! They most definitely sold me a car they couldn’t get off the lot and made me feel like I had only that for an option when they knew damn well that I could have picking anything else as long as it was close to my original loan! And if this company does not meet my demands about simply giving me a car that I would prefer that cost just as much as the one they said was my only choice! I will be contacting a lawyer!
AVOID AVOID AVID! I traveled across the state to purchase a Certified pre-owned car with only 200 miles on the odometer (yes, only 200 miles). I explicitly asked the sales team to ensure the car had no surprise dents, scratches, etc and was assured it did not. I briefly checked it myself, but was told again by everyone it had no surprises. Upon getting it home and in a garage, I discovered hail damage across the roof. I received an estimate from a professional company to get this repaired and sent this along to the GSM and GM, expecting them to "go the extra mile" just like they state they do for all customers on their website. A full week goes by and the GM (Ed Brown) would not return any of my calls. After over a dozen attempts to reach him by phone and email, he sends one email stating they would not compensate for any damage, insinuating the price I paid dictates I would be met with zero customer service. Again, this is a 200-mile CPO car that they are required to do a full look-over and disclose any issues with the car. I feel like I've been scammed and they were simply hoping I wouldn't discover the damage, and the fact I have not even been able to get the GM on a call speaks volumes about how much he "cares" about his customers. Nothing is above the dollar for him, and his entire management team could care less about any customer issue
Team Hyundai of Bend is a used car dealer.
