2 Free oil changes were sold with the car and was told today it had to many miles on it for a free oil change lol. I won’t take another vehicle there

If I could give this Kia Service center zero stars, I would. I went to them with a cracked oil pan from hitting a rock on a bad road. Without laying as much as a wrench on my car, they told me I needed a brand new $9,000 engine. I asked how they knew I needed that, and they told me it was because my engine was knocking (which it wasn’t). I told them I was going to tow my car and get a second opinion before taking a second mortgage out on my house. Then they started giving me a lot of attitude because I was taking the car elsewhere. I then went to my trusted mechanic for years at C&C Auto, who after close inspection decided a new oil pan ($55 part) is all I needed. After labor and everything was all said and done, the repair was about $300, a full 30x less than my quoted repair at the Kia Service Center. What a complete joke. I would not trust these guys with an oil change or a tire rotation.

We always received good service here. My 2018 KIA Sorento ended up leaking antifreeze and when they looked at it said that one of the head bolts was stretched and that the KIA needed a new engine. They had my car for about two months waiting on parts and gave me a loaner car. I’ve since sold the car because I feel that shouldn’t have happened at 30,000 miles. Everything was covered under warranty. I really did like my Sorento very much and was sad to see her go, but nobody wants engine problems. If that happened at 30,000 miles, she probably wasn’t going to age well.

This place was an absolute awful experience. I went in for transmission fluid change, which they managed to do just fine. I asked to have TPMS sensors done, about $460, drove 100 miles round trip and they still didn't work. Came back (another 100 mile round trip) and after the manager had said on the phone they would "make things right" it took another 3 hours to have them fix the programming mistake and then they drove my car and came back with the gas light on! They also told me I needed brake pads replaced because they were at 2-3mm. Decided not to have them done, took them to les scwabs and they were 5 mm. Overall bad service and customer support.
