Harry ShellyI had a troubling experience with one of your drivers near Rose Town. On 30 Aug 2024, while driving in the slower traffic lane at 100 km/h i encountered a driver from your company in the passing lane. Instead of speeding up the driver was trying to overtake me but didn’t increase their speed. When my lane was merging I had to come in the lane the driver accelerated forcing me to slow down abruptly to avoid a collision. This reckless behavior was dangerous and concerning. I hope this feedback prompts a review of your drivers conduct to ensure safer driving practices I know you guys have a reputation in market but please train your drivers. Trailer number was 70616
James Childress (OTRTexan)Here is a major problem in the trucking industry. This driver thinks it’s acceptable to park on the fuel pump and take their 30 minute break, despite the fact that there are multiple trucks waiting to fuel and multiple own parking spaces. The truck was there, empty, when I pulled in behind it to wait in line for fuel. Eventually the truck beside it moved so I fueled next to the empty bison truck, and it was still there after I fueled and left. What makes this worse is that this is apparently an instructor, so this is what they are teaching their new drivers. That it’s perfectly fine to be inconsiderate and unprofessional and lazy. You can bet that these qualities are also dominant elsewhere in this drivers day to day actions.
