James knows his stuff and is always willing to give you his best. My husband is not very tech savvy. We were wintering in Florida when his computer broken down James reinstalled the operating system. He then set the computer up to look identical to the way it had been before. This was important to my husband, who doesn't want to learn anything more about a computer than he has to. We were pleased with the cost of his work and that now that we have returned home James can log on and make any necessary repairs remotely if we want him to.
