We were in the middle of a heat wave in Richmond when our AC suddenly went out—on a Friday, with a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old at home. Kyle showed up and was incredibly professional, honest, and hardworking. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue without trying to upsell or take advantage of the situation, which was a huge relief. In a time of high demand and urgency, Gundlach came through for our family. Because of Kyle and the overall experience, Gundlach is now our go-to for all heating and air needs.

My sink wouldn’t drain so I called after hours and waited for Cory to come out and solve my issue late at night. He did a good job on telling me what he was doing and fixed my issue even though it was late at night. I will definitely use this company again!

We had a service call this morning by Gundlach to address a loud, rapid, banging noise on our downstairs toilet which just started last evening. Gundlach Plumbing was the only company we could find that would come on a Saturday, which was a huge plus for us. They were extremely receptive and responded in an hour. The technician was Al Harper, he was fantastic, I would highly recommend him. He was very efficient and personable, extremely fast in diagnosing the problem, and had the issue corrected in a very short time. We were VERY IMPRESSED by Gundlach in all aspects today.
