Techy Rome (Inside Walmart)

Terrible service took my iPhone 15 pro max to have the screen replaced,few weeks later the screen pops out of the phone and I go back to get it fixed because it’s supposedly under warranty, we drive from Macon to Rome and they say it’s not covered under the warranty because when it popped out the “LCD was damaged” (ribbon cables broken).. the LCD wouldn’t be damaged if the phone didn’t pop out, if it was glued and replaced correctly it would still be working, the Face ID quit working after I got it replaced the first time and the color was off. Please use these people with caution cause they got $160 out of a 10 min job and I’m still in the hole with a broke phone.

Recently, my iPhone's audio has been muffled when making or accepting calls. I thought the phone was dying and was considering a replacement. Luckily, Ally with Techy conducted a thorough clean of the top speaker and the phone is now fully functional. She was personable and politely declined to accept payment for what she considered to be an easy job. Thank you!!
