My boyfriend has been in this hospital going on 3 weeks after liver & kidney failure (at 30 yrs old) . The doctors are great despite being told conflicting things, but we do understand there are a lot of different department doctors we are dealing with. The nursing staff is ATROCIOUS. They are not only rude and unprofessional, they are inconsiderate and neglectful. My boyfriend has waited up to an hour multiple times after pressing a call button to have someone help him… that includes calling for a bed pan (he is a fall risk), asking for his SCHEDULED medication, and simple things such as juice or crackers. I’m not sure who is hiring these nurses because he’s had at least 25 different nurses so far being at the hospital and about 3 of them were nice and actually did their job. Please do a better screening before hiring nurses as they are an extremely important part of someone’s hospital stay- especially when they are staying long term.

Can’t say enough about the care, concern, and kindness all employees have shown from the guards, valet parking attendants and receptionists to the nurses, aids, and drs. The nurses were amazing in their care and time spent with us. They are very thorough. I wish I could remember names but one stood out. Nurse Andrea Lucky 34 weeks pregnant guided us to the pharmacy in order to make it easier for my husband after surgery. We need more people like those at Temple. Dr Eun the surgeon is an absolute blessing from beginning to end of our journey.

Temple University’s Bone Marrow Transplant Outpatient Clinic/Fox Chase Cancer Center (Temple BMT/Fox) have constantly & consistently provided me with PHENOMENAL care. I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, an incurable and terminal cancer, in January 2013. Temple BMT/Fox became associated with my care in Fall 2013 when I underwent an autologous stem cell transplant. Temple BMT/Fox has worked with since that time. While my prospects for living past 2015 were dim…well, here I am today. I’ve also undergone a Car-T Cell Transplant at Temple BMT/Fox in 2023. Each and every staff member — Physicians, Physician Assistants,,Registered Nurses, Nurse’s Assistants, Ward Clerks, Housekeeping & Dietary — are uniformly PHENOMENAL! This state of being PHENOMENAL also extends to each and every Jeanes’ Hospital staff member; I know this, as I’ve been a patient in the Emergency Room, on the Second Floor and on the Temple BMT/Fox inpatient floor. Every…single…staff member…PHENOMENAL!

I just love going to Temple Hospital everyone is always friendly. I just don't like Temple Internal Medicine. It's very hard to get your important information filled out and sent to the right place and you are on the phone forever trying to get through and it takes voodoo long for doctors to get back to you. So thumbs up to the hospital n thumbs down to internal medicine
