Adam Collins and the Omega team came to my home after the water heater in my attic broke. The entire home was flooded when I got home from a weekend away. I can’t begin to express how overwhelmed I felt. Adam and the Omega team were extremely compassionate and guided me through a difficult time. They worked tirelessly with my insurance company and put my house back to the way it was before the water heater broke. Their knowledgeable and professional staff looked after my family and I every step of the way! I’m so thankful they were there in my time of need! We had Omega out after we found a leak in our upstairs bathroom. They were fairly priced for the mitigation and worked quickly. We also had them do some of the repair work that we didn't feel comfortable completing on our own and their guys were incredibly courteous, kept their work areas clean and did amazing work. I can't recommend this company enough and I am so glad I found them recommended on my local neighborhood page.

Great experience from beginning to end with Omega. After a water leak was left unattended for 30 hours or so a portion of the home was left pretty well flooded. Omega team was there for mitigation within the hour and coordinated plumbing repair as well as cleanup, immediately. Their communication directly with the insurance company throughout the claim was extremely helpful and lowered the stress of this rebuild tremendously. The quality of work when the home was brought back to livable condition was beyond our expectations. We were always being communicated with along the way and anytime we interacted with the rebuild or mitigation team all were friendly and helpful. Really felt that Matt always had our best interest in mind. You never want your house to flood or catch fire but if it does you want to call Omega.

Had a fantastic experience with Omega. I think I found them on a FB group when we realized we thought we found mold on the wall in our home. I reached out and they got back to me quickly and could see me the same week. For reference I called another company and they couldn’t come out for two + weeks. As someone who has never dealt with mold before I didn’t want this lingering!! It was scary! Glenn came out and was super helpful and professional. Very understanding of our situation and insurance probably not helping. His team, I believed Skyler was on site for the remediation and they were so kind and polite. We found the source of the mold which wasn’t what we thought it was and it was done quickly and efficiently. Everything from start to finish was a pleasant experience and I’d highly recommend their team!
