My 83 year old grandmother had her two barrels delivered to her home today in guyana, and unfortunately most of her items from inside the barrel were missing. It’s so sad that a company we have trusted and sent our barrels with for the past 15 years has employees either on the wharf or elsewhere removing people’s belongings. It’s very frustrating and disappointing, as it was belongings my grandmother purchased for her community. It wasn’t just about the items but how they opened her barrel and removed all items and then threw them back in the barrel. I understand for reasons they are security checked, but having her items removed and destroyed is definitely unacceptable. They opened her detergent and let it spill all in one of her barrels, destroying all her food items and good. SUPER DISRESPECTFUL AND DISAPPOINTING, I hope they can find better ways to stop the theft from happening, it’s happened to others but the lack of commitment to change the behaviour has to come for the owners of the company. Discipline is very important to prevent things like this from happening in the future. I feel really disheartened for my grandmother, she truly didn’t deserve this. I hope your company can find solutions to not make this a pattern for customers.

The worse customer service at the Guyana leg of your operations. Your CSR literally told us to ship elsewhere. The wharf has a policy requesting everyone to wear sneakers. So we asked why we weren't informed of this when they called. She get even more upset. This is my last time using your service.

I dropped off my barrel 2nd Saturday in August and want told it will take 6 weeks since the container is leaving the same day. We called Tuesday, October 03rd, in the morning and was told the shipment was arriving Friday, October 06. After lunch on Tuesday, the same day, we get a call to go pick up the barrel. My question is, how reliable are these people? Do they know what they are doing? Too much attitude when you call customer service in guyana. We are paying to send the barrel it's not free.

Sending the barrel from Canada was so easy. As soon as it gets to Guyana you literally have the deal with the rudest people. Always have an attitude for no reason. On top of that you will steal half of your stuff out the barrel you sent for your family. Terrible thing to go through.
