I have been bringing my kids to TDA for some time now, since children aren't the best at keeping their teeth healthy, I placed my trust in a team I knew personally, and expected them to do the right thing for the right reasons. Nevertheless, I stand corrected. My kids were under the care of Doctor Devaney and Lynn as their hygienist (another hygienist saw my son once, but I can't remember her name). During every hygiene visit there were no findings. "Everything looks good" was the consistent line. Well, during their last visit, which was yesterday, they got an exam by Doctor Cenami (Thank God!) and her findings were compelling in contrast with "everything looks good" my daughter's oral health was in dire need of help for some time now, and I wasn't informed, 2 cavities, very deep ones, almost to the nerve. I informed this new hygienist who tended to my son's teeth that he was having pain in one specific location, and her report at the end of the appointment was that "he has a little cavity" when I asked for details her answer was that "is just an incipient cavity" I knew right there and then she was bsing me, incipient cavities do not hurt because those are found in the enamel layer. It wasn't "a small cavity" and everything didn't "look good" with my daughter. I'M NOT BLAMING TDA for my children's oral health. I am baffled that it was their job to detect, inform, guide, educate and recommend treatment in a timely manner, not when we're one step away from pulpotomy on a pediatric patient. At this point, I might just bite the bullet and look for a new dental home for my children, since I don't see the passion for dentistry nor for people in this practice anymore.

This was my first time at Tewksbury Dental. Everyone was very nice and friendly. My hygienist Natalie was very thorough and knowledgeable. She did a great job. I was really impressed by how much care that is put into your dental health. I met one of the dentists, he was so knowledgeable and very professional. I’m very happy I chose to come here.

This is, hands down, the best dental experience I've ever had. I say it's an experience rather than simply a practice because: 1) they have dentists who specialize in different things and, most importantly, the care is all coordinated; this means top-notch care for whatever you're dealing with at the moment without having to switch from your "regular" dentist, 2) the staff is professional and friendly across the board, and 3) the facilities are modern and pristine; they can even make a crown in-house for emergencies. If you value having confidence in your care, the staff, and their facilities, I can't recommend them highly enough!

I’ve had positive a positive experience during my first visit with this practice, but my recent root canal with Dr. Shingala was extremely disappointing. I experienced significant pain throughout the procedure, even after multiple numbing attempts, and the filling was completed after the anesthetic had worn off. My discomfort was not taken seriously, and I did not feel safe. The dentist and assistant were also having personal conversations during the procedure, which felt unprofessional while I was in pain. I will give this practice another chance, but I never want to be seen by this doctor again.
