Customer experiences
Parmesan stuffed pizza was really good. It is very filling but satisfying. One of the better Dominos. I have had other Dominos where when it's 50% off the price, they put less ingredients.
I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with Domino’s, and especially with Sajan, whose attitude turned what could’ve been a small mistake into a wreck of bad service. I placed an order expecting a pizza that was at least decent. It arrived late, cold, and soggy—so far from what was advertised or what any paying customer should consider acceptable. The toppings were sloppily thrown on, the crust burnt in places, and parts of the pizza looked like they’d been left under a heat lamp for way too long. When I called to complain, I got Sajan on the line. From the start, Sajan’s tone was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. He ignored most of what I was saying, kept interrupting, and made it feel like my complaint was an inconvenience to him. Instead of offering a refund, replacement, or even a sincere apology, he seemed more interested in arguing that “this is how things are done” and that there was nothing they could do. That’s not just bad service—it’s disrespect. To make things worse, I was told that this was all “within policy,” as if poor quality and customer dissatisfaction are inevitable at Domino’s. No genuine effort was made to correct the situation or retain me as a customer. It’s clear that corners are being cut, standards aren’t enforced, and frontline staff—like Sajan—aren’t empowered or trained to care. Overall, this was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. If you’re thinking of ordering from this Domino’s or dealing with Sajan specifically, know that you might be met with indifference, bad food, and zero accountability. Very poor. Zero stars if I could.
Real talk, sometimes it’s a pizza tonight. The pick up process was easy. There isn’t much for seating indoors, which is why the atmosphere rating is a little lower. I mean, it’s a pizza joint that’s built for takeout/delivery. It’s a good spot to sit and eat some quick slices if that’s your goal! Their pizza and chicken is always good when I’ve ordered it.
I added a star after I got my first free pizza from in app rewards - excellent. Medium pan fried w pepperoni, salami. I added pics. I order Domino's about once a week. I use the app because of all the coupons/Deals. Like Mon is 40% off. So on Mon I usually get a feast pizza. Usually chicken bacon. But honestly I add a lot of extras or the pizza isn't great. Mostly like double cheese, AND double cheddar, and maybe 2 more topping. Salami and jalapeño maybe. That way I get a really great large pizza for about $25 on Mondays. But just ordering pizza,w no extra cheese, etc can be very disappointing. Like skimpy on the toppings. I'm poor so I'm always looking for the best deal. Peace.
