The RF community is like a family - all the trainers are fun and personable (shoutout to Naz and Rob), and the environment makes what can be painful or unpleasant enjoyable. Refined Fitness is a wonderful gym, featuring knowledgable trainers, a wide range of equipment, and a perfect location. The trainers take the time to ensure you are using proper form and lifting weights to appropriately challenge you. I have primarily worked out in 30 minute semi-private training sessions where a small group of us is working out simultaneously. Garrett does a great job making sure we all know what exercise we should be doing, adjusting our weights, and encouraging us to keep pushing.
