As a renter, Texas Homes Realty has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot imagine this company managing my property! I have sent notices for months regarding concerning issues with the home I am renting, and getting a response from this company is like pulling teeth. Texas Homes Realty has been negligent since day 1, not having the home properly cleaned, not properly setting up the garage (including leaving the previous tenant with remote access to the home). They have also allowed serious issues with the A/C to go unresolved for months, leaving me frustrated, but putting the home owner in a terrible situation. DO NOT TRUST YOUR HOUSE WITH THIS COMPANY.

My wife and I signed a lease on a huge home in Richmond in 2019, and we stayed there until Feb 2025. The staff support at Texas Home reality were fantastic in every way from top to bottom in dealing with repairs from wear and tear issues, weather damage, dealing with the homeowner and covid 19 challenges. We mostly communicated with Donna on most matters and experienced Kind, Professional and friendly responses and resolutions. If we had a rental home, I'm sure we would contact the folks at Texas Home realty to manage our property.
