Awesome group of ladies! Extremely pleasant and welcoming. Limited waiting time! I appreciate Ms Erica for going the extra mile to make certain I had no additional problems. No one “wants” to be in Urgent care however the staff made it that much more bearable.

Wonderful clinic! The clinic was nicely decorated. All of the staff were so delightful and friendly. I felt welcomed and the care was phenomenal. Service was prompt and thorough. I will come back again. A++++

I visited this urgent care because of flu like symptoms. The check in process was easy and the receptionist was professional and courteous. I saw Joshua and Emily for the treatment and testing and all went smoothly. They explained the process and I got my testing results quickly with follow-up call and discharge documents. I will recommend this facility to anyone who needs it!

Dr. ERICA was wonderful! I come here just to see her. However, the nurse that assisted me (she was not wearing a name badge) could work on her bedside manner and professionalism. She was a Latina woman who assisted me at 6:49pm on 7/3. She said stated that "We pay more attention to our fish than our patients" That's not a good thing to say to patients..even as a joke. She failed to do things that go a long way at making patients feel at ease. Like saying "I hope that you feel better." Or making small talk. I told her that my baby was sick, instead of expressing empathy, she just dismissed it. However, Dr. Erica was very personable and very pleasant! She made me feel like she actually cared about me as a patient which I really appreciate! SHE IS THE BEST! And she's the only reason that I'm leaving a positive review.
