As a healthcare provider myself, the staff and Dr.Salvato were amazing. They were very professional and very attentive to my needs and concerns. They were very flexible with appointments and walking and the wait was minimal. They were one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. When I’m in need of a clinic visit this location is my new go to is recommend them to anyone.

The staff was amazing. Can't say enough how much I felt comfortable with each visit. The Medical Assistants Ebony and Jessica were very nice and friendly. Dr. Salvato has so...much passion and empathy. She made me feel very important and not just a patient. By asking me how I feel, to making certain that I was doing okay. Thank you for the care and awesome customer service.

I will be honest. I hadn’t been to Texas med clinic in many many years because of a bad experience about 25 years ago. However, late last night my regular urgent care was closed. So, I didn’t have a choice. They surprised me by the great service and empathy that I received from the staff. I didn’t have my insurance card so the lady at the front desk stopped everything she was doing to help me get a copy of my card on line. Then Maria from the back was extremely compassionate and took good care to take care of my wound. Dr Garcia was patient enough to gently clean my wound and give me stitches. Gosh he was friendly with a great sense of humor. Which took the edge off. I was tired, hurting and nervous. When I left the clinic had restored my opinion of Texas Med Clinic. I will be back in 7 days to get my stitches removed. I pray I get the same great treatment so I can continue to use them in the future. Great Job!
