I never leave negative reviews as I understand how busy these environments can be, however today I checked in at 9:46 for my 10:00 appointment. I was seen at 10:10 for vitals, again at 10:30 by a dr who confirmed my diagnosis and sent medications to my pharmacy and stated he would return with a work note. I waited and waited, no one ever came back. I eventually left the room at 1pm.. 1pm!!!! I was waiting for over 2+ hours. The nice physician at the back desk helped me and she printed out my work note, but I genuinely believe they forgot I was in the room and would have left me there if I hadn’t come out, as my note says physician discharged me at 10:46am :( just a precaution, speak up for yourselves if you feel something is off.

The staff is so friendly! I don’t normally go to the doctor and they were super helpful with every step of the way. They made sure I understood everything and explained everything well. They were also super quick. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. It’s hard to find good customer service these days and everyone here made me feel so comfortable and made my day better even after being sick.

Had a great experience at Texas Med. Everyone that I worked with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have visited this location multiple times and everytime has been a really great experience. Thank y'all for always going above and beyond to help. Special shoutout to the ones working hard that day to help me. Dr. Salvato, NP Falcon, Gabbie, Mariah, Dana, Yomari, and Kaydence!! Y'all are all amazing!
