I don't know if it was my skin color, but the Arlington shop is clearly a racket. After being changed for two diagnoses for 680 a piece and almost 10k for parts and labor, my truck persisted with the same issue of falling dead on the highway. I contacted the service department and was told three times I would receive a call ,to which I never did. After using my 500 code reader, I found the problem and realized I was frivolously changed for parts I didn't need. It should be a crime for hard-working small businesses like myself to be treated as such .

I was here 3 weeks ago for an issue that took a week for them to fix. Today 3 weeks later I am at another international for repairs that they supposedly fixed thank God it will be fixed under in house warranty but not fixing it properly the first time has now caused damage to my engine that is going cost me $2000 to fix. If you value your truck, I highly recommend going somewhere else stay away from this place. I will never come back here. Spend the extra money and get towed somewhere else might cost you more money, but it will be worth it in the long run.
